Great service and repair cost. I spend tons of money on store-brand vacuums that I can't get service for when needed. But at Aerus, it's always nice to come back to place you invest your money in and get an immediate repair for something the big box stores will make repurchase an entire unit for.

Went to this place for a new hose. The honest gentleman there told me I had something large lodged in connection area. I thought it belonged there and was afraid to cause more damage. He went ahead and dislodged the obstruction knowing it would result in a loss sale of a new hose. Highly recommend this location!

Our original place to shop was on Staten Island. Unfortunately, one of the owners retired :( and the place isn’t the same. We called a plethora of other places and didn't feel comfortable about the knowledge they conveyed until speaking to Romi. We decided to take a trip out to Long Island and met him in person. Thanks to Romi, I'm able to get my vacuum working again, he's a true gentleman who understands the value of customer service. I highly recommend this store, he offered his services for repair of my machine, and/or trade in value for a new machine, he also has a multitude of parts to fix vacuums on site. He verbally explained how to change the part because I'm a Do it yourself person.
